Call to Worship
Praise the Lord!
Praise the Lord, O my soul!

I will praise the Lord as long as I live;
I will sing praises to my God while I have my being.

—Psalm 146:1-2

All the Poor and Powerless
All the poor and powerless
And all the lost and lonely
And all the thieves will come confess
And know that you are holy
And know that you are holy

And all will sing out hallelujah
And we will cry out hallelujah

All the hearts who are content
And all who feel unworthy
And all who hurt with nothing left
Will know that you are holy

And all will sing out hallelujah
And we will cry out hallelujah

Shout it
Go on and sing it from the mountains
Go on and tell it to the masses
That he is God

Shout it
Go on and sing it from the mountains
Go on and tell it to the masses
That he is God

And all will sing out hallelujah
And we will cry out hallelujah

And all will sing out hallelujah
And we will cry out hallelujah

Your Grace is Enough
Great is your faithfulness, O God
You wrestle with the sinner’s heart
You lead us by still waters and to mercy
And nothing can keep us apart

So remember your people
Remember your children
Remember your promise, O God

Your grace is enough
Your grace is enough
Your grace is enough for me

Great is your love and justice God
You use the weak to lead the strong
You lead us in the song of your salvation
And all your people sing along

So remember your people
Remember your children
Remember your promise, O God

Your grace is enough
Your grace is enough
Your grace is enough for me

Your grace is enough
Your grace is enough
Your grace is enough for me

So remember your people
Remember your children
Remember your promise, O God

Your grace is enough
Your grace is enough
Your grace is enough for me

Your grace is enough
Your grace is enough
Your grace is enough for me, for me

Gifts — My All in All
You are my life, you are my love, you are my reason
You are my hope, you are my joy, you are my passion
My all in all, Jesus my all in all
My all in all, Jesus my all in all

In the desert, you’re the river
An ever-flowing stream of life
In the battle, you’re the victor
And we raise your banner high

In the darkness, you’re the fire
Of holy flame for all to see
And in my heart you reign forever
My all, my everything

You are my life, you are my love, you are my reason
You are my hope, you are my joy, you are my passion
My all in all, Jesus my all in all
My all in all, Jesus my all in all

In the tempest, you’re the shelter
And I will hide beneath your wings
Hallelujah, what a savior
My all, my everything

You are my life, you are my love, you are my reason
You are my hope, you are my joy, you are my passion
My all in all, Jesus my all in all
My all in all, Jesus my all in all

Your name be high and lifted up
Jesus, your name be high and lifted up
Jesus, your name be high and lifted up
In all the earth, in all the earth

You are my life, you are my love, you are my reason
You are my hope, you are my joy, you are my passion
My all in all, Jesus my all in all
My all in all, you are my all, Jesus my all in all

O Worship the King
O worship the King
All glorious above
O gratefully sing
His wonderful love

Our Shield and Defender
The Ancient of Days
Pavilioned in splendor
And girded with praise

O tell of his might
O sing of his grace
Whose robe is the light
Whose canopy space

His chariots of wrath
The deep thunderclouds form
And dark is his path
On the wings of the storm

You alone are the matchless King
To you alone be all majesty

Your glories and wonders
What tongue can recite
You breathe in the air
You shine in the light

O measureless might
Ineffable love
While angels delight
To worship above

Thy mercies, how tender
How firm to the end
Our Maker, Defender
Redeemer, and Friend

You alone are the matchless King
To you alone be all majesty

Your glories and wonders
What tongue can recite
You breathe in the air
You shine in the light

You alone are the matchless King
To you alone be all majesty

Your glories and wonders
What tongue can recite
You breathe in the air
You shine in the light

O worship the King
All glorious above
O gratefully sing
His wonderful love

Our shield and defender
The ancient of days
Pavilioned in splendor
And girded with praise

God You Reign
You paint the night
You count the stars
And you call them by name
The skies proclaim, ‘God you reign’

Your glory shines
You teach the sun
When to bring a new day
Creation sings, ‘God you reign’

God you reign
God you reign
Forever and ever
God you reign

You part the seas
You move the mountains
With the words that you say
My song remains, ‘God you reign’

You hold my life
You know my heart
And you call me by name
I live to say, ‘God you reign’

God you reign
God you reign
Forever and ever
God you reign

Hallelujah, hallelu
Hallelujah, hallelu

Hallelujah, hallelu
Hallelujah, hallelu

God you reign
God you reign
Forever and ever
God you reign

God you reign
God you reign
Forever and ever
God you reign

Children Dismissed for Children’s Church

Sermon
“The End. The Beginning…”
Acts 16: 25-34

Prayer of Confession
Have mercy on us, O God.
Forgive our many sins.
Wash us and make us clean.
Send your Spirit to fill us,
teach us to wait on you,
with willing and obedient hearts.
Grant us grace to trust you as you work,
even when our hearts feel desperate,
and our spirits are weak.
Forgive when we rely on our own strength
and refuse to rely on you.
Strengthen us by your Spirit,
and empower us to be the Church
to a world in need of your transforming grace.
Through Jesus. Amen.

The Lord’s Supper

Amazing Grace
Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now am found
Was blind, but now I see

Twas grace that taught my heart to fear
And grace my fears relieved
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed

Through many dangers, toils and snares
I have already come
Tis grace has brought me safe thus far
And grace will lead me home

When we’ve been there ten thousand years
Bright shining as the sun
We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise
Than when we first begun

John Newton, 1779; Tune, AMAZING GRACE, traditional American melody

Doxology
Praise God from whom all blessings flow
Praise him, all creatures here below
Praise him above, ye heavenly host
Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost
Amen

Thomas Ken, Tune – OLD HUNDREDTH, Genevan Psalter (1551) attr. to Louis Bourgeois
