Call to Worship
Your Name
As morning dawns and evening fades
You inspire songs of praise
That rise from earth to touch your heart And glorify your name
Your name is a strong and mighty tower
Your name is a shelter like no other
Your name, let the nations sing it louder
For nothing has the power to save
But your name
Jesus in your name we pray
Come and fill our hearts today
Lord, give us strength to live for you
And glorify your name
Your name is a strong and mighty tower
Your name is a shelter like no other
Your name, let the nations sing it louder
For nothing has the power to save but…
Your name is a strong and mighty tower
Your name is a shelter like no other
Your name, let the nations sing it louder
For nothing has the power to save
But your name

Crown Him With Many Crowns
Crown him with many crowns
The Lamb upon his throne
Hark! how the heavenly anthem drowns All music but its own
Awake, my soul, and sing
Of him who died for thee
And hail him as thy matchless King Through all eternity
Crown him the Lord of love
Behold his hands and side
Rich wounds, yet visible above
In beauty glorified
All hail, Redeemer, hail
For thou hast died for me
Thy praise and glory shall not fail Throughout eternity
Crown him the Lord of life
Who triumphed o’er the grave
And rose victorious in the strife
For those he came to save
His glories now we sing
Who died, and rose on high
Who died, eternal life to bring
And lives that death may die

Christ is Risen
Let no one caught in sin remain
Inside the lie of inward shame
But fix our eyes upon the cross
And run to him who showed great love
And bled for us
Freely you’ve bled for us
Christ is risen from the dead
Trampling over death by death
Come awake, come awake
Come and rise up from the grave
Christ is risen from the dead
We are one with him again
Come awake, come awake
Come and rise up from the grave
Beneath the weight of all our sin
You bowed to none but heaven’s will
No scheme of hell, no scoffer’s crown
No burden great can hold you down
In strength you reign
Forever let your church proclaim
Christ is risen from the dead
Trampling over death by death
Come awake, come awake
Come and rise up from the grave
Christ is risen from the dead
We are one with him again
Come awake, come awake
Come and rise up from the grave
O, death, where is your sting?
O, hell, where is your victory?
O, church, come stand in the light
Our God is not dead, he’s alive, he’s alive
Christ is risen from the dead
Trampling over death by death
Come awake, come awake
Come and rise up from the grave
Christ is risen from the dead
We are one with him again
Come awake, come awake
Come and rise up from the grave
Christ is risen from the dead
Trampling over death by death
Come awake, come awake
Come and rise up from the grave
Christ is risen from the dead
We are one with him again
Come awake, come awake
Come and rise up from the grave

Prayer for the People, the City, and the Nations
Gifts – Only You
You have known my every situation
And your goodness sustains me, Lord
I will bow in humble expectation
Of your presence in the storm
Yes there will be trial and tribulation
And you’ll grant me breath to persevere
May my heart beat in pure anticipation
Of the day you’ll dry these tears
Only you have set the earth on its foundation
Only you give orders to the dawn
Only you can know the depths of every ocean
Only you deserve our song
Lord, you are the thunder to my whisper
Yes, your greatness knows no bounds
All these things too wonderful to speak of
Fill my soul with a heavenly sound
Only you have set the earth on its foundation
Only you give orders to the dawn
Only you can know the depths of every ocean
Only you deserve our song
Only you have torn the cover off the darkness
You expose the evils of the night
Only you reveal your glory to the humble
Only you are clothed in light
Here I am in the valley of decision
I know you hear me when I call
I repent of my prideful disposition
Where was I when the stars sang out

Jesus, Only Jesus
Who has the power to raise the dead
Who can save us from our sin
He is our hope, our righteousness
Jesus, only Jesus
Who can make the blind to see
Who holds the keys that set us free
He paid it all to bring us peace
Jesus, only Jesus
Holy King, Almighty Lord
Saints and angels all adore
I join with them and bow before
Jesus, only Jesus
Who can command the highest praise
Who has the name above all names
You stand alone, I stand amazed
Jesus, only Jesus
Holy King, Almighty Lord
Saints and angels all adore
I join with them and bow before
Jesus, only Jesus
You will command the highest praise
Yours is the Name above all names
You stand alone, I stand amazed
Jesus, only Jesus
Jesus, only Jesus
Holy King, Almighty Lord
Saints and angels all adore
I join with them and bow before
Jesus, only Jesus
Holy King, Almighty Lord
Saints and angels all adore
I join with them and bow before
Jesus, only Jesus

Sermon
“Our Goal Line”
2 Corinthians 5:11-21
Prayer of Confession
Father in Heaven, have mercy on us,
turn our hearts towards you.
Teach us your ways.
Fill us with the desire to follow Christ,
and drink from the well of his goodness,
in what we do and how we live.
Expose where we are weak,
strengthen us to love your ways,
and share your passion,
in your work of renewing all things.
Through Jesus. Amen.
Assurance of Pardon
“I, I am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake, and I will not remember your sins.
— Isaiah 43:25
The Lord’s Supper
No Other Name
One name holds weight above them all
His fame outlasts the earth he formed
His praise resounds beyond the stars
And echoes in our hearts
The greatest one of all
His face shines brighter than the sun
His grace as boundless as his love
He reigns with healing in his wings
The King above all kings
The greatest One of all
Lift up our eyes see the King has come
Light of the world reaching out for us
There is no other name
There is no other name
Jesus Christ our God
Seated on high the undefeated One
Mountains bow down as we lift him up
There is no other name
There is no other name
Jesus Christ our God
Find hope when all the world seems lost
Behold the triumph of the cross
His power has trampled death and grave
Our life found in his name
The greatest name of all
Lift up our eyes see the King has come
Light of the world reaching out for us
There is no other name
There is no other name
Jesus Christ our God
Seated on high the undefeated One
Mountains bow down as we lift him up
There is no other name
There is no other name
Jesus Christ our God
The earth will shake and tremble before him
Chains will break as heaven and earth sing
Holy is the name
Holy is the name of Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
The earth will shake and tremble before him
Chains will break as heaven and earth sing
Holy is the name
Holy is the name of Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
Lift up our eyes see the King has come
Light of the world reaching out for us
There is no other name
There is no other name
Jesus Christ our God
Seated on high the undefeated One
Mountains bow down as we lift him up
There is no other name
There is no other name
There is no other name
There is no other name, Jesus
